Sperton Global AS is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for FCL Sales in Jaipur. The role focuses on driving Full Container Load freight sales, developing new client opportunities, and coordinating end-to-end shipments with internal teams.

Strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in international logistics are essential. The ideal candidate will lead pricing strategy, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets while coordinating with operations to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in FCL sales or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and global trade practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop new FCL business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market intelligence.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for FCL freight volumes and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
• Generate and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate rates with clients.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Stay updated on shipping line schedules, rates, space availability, and market trends.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
• Maintain CRM records, update customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.
