Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd - Kolkata branch seeks an experienced Branch Manager to drive business objectives, sales, and service excellence. You will mentor sales and operations teams, manage end-to-end branch administration, and ensure regulatory compliance while achieving YoY growth across fee and non-fee products.

The role requires proven branch management experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of banking rules and customer-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory; PG/MBA preferred.
• Relevant experience in team handling and thorough understanding of banking.
• Proven branch management experience as a bank manager or similar role.
• Leadership aptitude, mentoring ability and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with banking industry rules & regulations.
• Result-driven, customer-focused with ability to meet targets.

• Achieving business objectives for the branch in terms of value, productivity, and volume metrics.
• Revenue generation through sales of CASA, assets, and MF/LI/GT products through varied bank channels.
• Mentor sales and operations teams.

• Manage complete branch administration and regulatory compliance.
• Enhance overall product sales by basket growth.
