Job summary

ATC Logistical Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Branch Manager/Transport Manager to lead branch operations, oversee fleet management, driver and staff supervision, and ensure cost control and compliant documentation.

You will manage customer relations, vendor partnerships, and MIS reporting, with travel and flexible hours as required. The ideal candidate holds a logistics or supply chain degree and has extensive experience in fleet planning, route optimization, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 510 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or branch operations.
• Prior experience in Branch Manager / Transport Manager / Fleet Manager / Operations Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, vehicle maintenance, transportation cost control, and driver management.
• Good understanding of RTO rules, vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and statutory compliance.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills to manage drivers, supervisors, vendors, and branch staff.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with MIS, Excel, operational reports, and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles, routes, and operational activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Experience in cost optimization and improving fleet utilization.
