Job summary

Kotak Securities Limited is seeking a Branch Manager - Branch Banking to lead a Chandigarh branch. You will drive deposit growth, ensure service standards and cross-sell MF/Insurance products, while aligning with corporate targets.

The role requires strong sales experience, leadership and banking knowledge with accountability for branch profitability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities.
• Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products.
• MBA / CA/ CAIB qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Deposit pool from customers and ensure service standards.
• Ensure branch service delivery standards and customer delight.
• Drive cross-selling of MF and Insurance products.
• Generate Fee Income and manage overall branch administration.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and risk controls at branch level.
• Manage productivity and morale of branch team.
• Maintain break-even and P&L responsibility for the branch.

• Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
