Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. in Mysuru seeks a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily banking operations, manage staff, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor productivity, drive CASA acquisition, cross-sell third-party assets, and strengthen relationships with HNI customers. Strong leadership, risk awareness and delivery of MIS reports are essential. This role requires stakeholder coordination and a focus on efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking operations and branch management.
• Good knowledge of KYC/AML and RBI regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for the branch.
• Track daily productivity and branch book movements.
• Drive CASA acquisition and cross-sell third-party products.
• Maintain relationships with HNI customers and ensure security.
• Oversee training, attrition, and role clarity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ISO standards, and audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and allocate service RM codes.

• Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement ofthe branch
• Liability generation & New Business development (CASAacquisition)
• Cross Sell of various Third party products and Asset products
• Maintaining & deepening relationship with HNI customers
• Ensure Branch headcount budget are on-board

• Ensure that BELT is conducted on timely basis

• Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events.
• Drive Employee Engagement activities in the branch
• Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products andservices
• Timely communication of relevant information to the Branchemployees for the smooth functioning of the Branch
• Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business andappropriate solutions to address the concerns
• Ensure comprehensivecompliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for thebranch and for various product and services
• Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed setquality parameters conforming to the standards
• Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
• Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and externalare met as per the prescribed norms
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
• 100% allocation of Service RM codes and quarterly review
• Training of KYC/AML on a monthly basis
• Proper implementation of CRM by the Sales, Relationship &BSD departments and to be reviewed at every interval
