Bajaj Life Insurance Limited in Muzaffarnagar is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Agency Channel and drive business growth. You will oversee branch operations, build high-performing sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will recruit and coach Agency Managers and advisors, develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in Agency Sales.
• 3 years of stability in the current organization.
• Life Insurance industry experience only.
• 2 years of experience in a managerial/team handling role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
