Qualifications

• 5–6 years of Life Insurance – Agency Channel experience.
• 1–2 years of team handling / branch leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of agency recruitment, activation, and productivity management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Graduation mandatory; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Agency Leaders/Advisors to build a strong distribution network.
• Drive branch business targets for sales, productivity, and activation.
• Monitor and guide team members through reviews, training, and field support.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve persistency and product penetration.
• Ensure delivery of superior customer experience at the branch level.
