Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking a Branch Head in Nagpur/Champa/Katghora to lead branch operations and drive target achievement. You will manage customer acquisition, KYC processes, cash handling and audits, while optimizing cross-selling and cost control.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Banking or NBFC sales/marketing at a managerial level, aged 30–45, with Graduation. Insurance backgrounds are not considered.

• 5+ years in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services in Sales or Marketing at managerial level
• Age 30–45 years
• Candidates from Insurance background will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Achieve the allotted branch target.
• Acquire new customers and address product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, and promotions.
• Follow up for interest collection and reduce NPAs.
• Manage branch operations including KYC, gold appraisal, strong room, closures and renewals.
• Cross-sell all products and increase branch walk-ins.
• Ensure error-free audit reports and compliance at the branch.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline and high ethics.
• Control costs.
• Carry out other duties as instructed by higher authority.

• Achieving the allotted branch target.
• Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-In, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
• Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
• Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, strong room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
• Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
• Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
• Cost control.
• Other duties as instructed by higher authority.

Eligibility criteria for Branch Head

• Candidates having minimum 5 years of work experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services in Sales or Marketing role at Managerial level
• Age between 30 to 45 years
• Candidates from Insurance background will be not be considered
