Job summary

MAG Finserv Company Limited in India seeks an experienced Gold Loan Branch Manager to lead operations in Satara, Sangli, Koparkhairne and Pune, driving targets and profitability. You will oversee sales, disbursement, renewals and customer acquisition while ensuring appraisal, KYC, documentation and loan processing are compliant.

The role requires strong team leadership, deep gold loan knowledge and excellent customer service with a focus on local market development and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 38 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.
• Experience managing a Gold Loan branch/team.
• Strong knowledge of gold loan processes, gold valuation, KYC and collections.
• Good sales, team-management and customer-handling skills.
• Strong local market knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Gold Loan branch operations, business targets and profitability.
• Drive gold loan sales, disbursement, renewals and customer acquisition.
• Lead and motivate the branch sales/operations team to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure proper gold appraisal, valuation, documentation, KYC and loan processing as per policy.
• Manage collections, overdue accounts, renewals and portfolio quality.
• Develop relationships with customers and generate business through local market activities.

• Monitor branch MIS, daily business performance and productivity.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with regional/zonal teams for business growth and operational requirements.
