The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency with MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. You will drive conversions, renewals, and centre performance while ensuring compliance and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (commerce / arts / hospitality / healthcare administration preferred).
• Demonstrated customer service orientation; warm, premium-healthcare-grade demeanour.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
• Willingness to complete GPT-OS® Administrator Orientation within 15 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and lead the branch team.
• Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
• Receive routed leads, convert them into centre visits and admissions, revenue generation and track progress in the CRM.
• Ensure continuity of enrolled families through timely renewals, fee collection, drop-out prevention, and re-engagement initiatives.
• Drive customer satisfaction, admissions, and retention.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth centre functioning.

Preferred:

• 3–8 years' experience in customer service, healthcare administration, sales or hospitality.
• Lead conversion and sales experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare service delivery environments.
