Job summary

Vtransport in Mumbai seeks a Branch Manager to drive revenue and growth in PTL and FTL segments, and to achieve the branch's business targets.

You will maintain operational excellence for FTL/PTL loads and SLAs, coordinate vehicle placement, oversee branch finances and collections, ensure compliance, and lead the team to sustain retention and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of core experience in the surface transport logistics industry focused on FTL and PTL.
• Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS, Oracle, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Drive branch revenue and growth in the PTL and FTL segments.
• Achieve the business targets of the branch.

Preferred candidate profile
