Job summary

Skillventory in Pune, Maharashtra invites an experienced credit professional to join our SME lending team. You will assess and underwrite SME/MSME loan applications, review financials and regulatory docs, and determine creditworthiness and pricing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Risk to ensure timely sanctions and compliant disbursements. Prior experience in credit analysis and lending policies is required.

• Review financial statements, banking, GST, ITR, bureau and business vintage.
• Handle secured and/or unsecured SME lending as per the product requirement.
• Evaluate creditworthiness, repayment capacity and business cash flows.
• Conduct detailed financial and credit analysis and identify risks.
• Recommend appropriate sanction limits, pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal and Risk teams.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, TAT and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle cases from login to sanction/disbursement.
