The role involves on-site customer visits, verifying business operations, KYC compliance, and end-use of funds, with a focus on policy adherence and timely reporting to management.

• Experience with MSME credit processes and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Credit appraisal & sanctioning for MSME loans, highlighting risks and mitigating measures.
• Policy & Process Compliance: ensure proposals follow credit policies, procedures, and timely management reporting.

Role & responsibilities

Credit appraisal & sanctioning:

• Appraise the Loan for the MSME
• Highlight risks and mitigating measures as appropriate.
• Responsible for timely sanctions and disbursement of MSME loans
• Conduct customer visits (PD) as per credit policy requirements to verify business operations, KYC, and end-use of funds.

Policy & Process Compliance:

• Ensure that the proposal is underwritten are as per the credit policies and procedures laid down by the company
• Comply with and ensure that all the processes pertaining to loan sanction has been adhered to.
• Ensure that all required reporting to the management is done as per timelines laid down by the company
