Job summary

Indifi Technologies is seeking a result-driven professional for Corporate Banking / MSME Corporate lending to acquire new MSME corporate clients and deepen existing portfolios. Lead end-to-end deals including financial analysis, structuring, and closure, with oversight of disbursement processes.

The role requires strong credit appraisal skills, familiarity with presenting to credit committees, knowledge of disbursement procedures, and a track record with mid‑corporate clients in the local

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Banking / MSME lending to NBFCs or fintechs.
• Strong credit appraisal and ability to present to committees.
• Familiarity with disbursement processes including legal and valuation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new MSME Corporate clients and deepen share of wallet.
• Lead end-to-end deals: financial analysis, structuring, term sheets, negotiation and closure.
• Prepare credit notes/memos and drive approvals for large tickets.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, valuation and service teams for disbursement.
• Drive growth in sanctions and disbursements of new-to-corporate customers.
• Track market trends and prepare portfolio/client activity reports.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire new MSME Corporate clients in your market and deepen share of wallet in the existing portfolio
• Lead deals end to end: business and financial analysis, structuring, term sheets, negotiation and closure
• Prepare credit notes and memos, present cases to the sanctioning committee, and drive approvals (ticket sizes up to 250 Cr and above)
• Work with the credit, legal, valuation and service teams to ensure smooth disbursement
• Drive aggressive growth in sanctions and disbursements of new-to-corporate customers
• Track market trends and competitors, and prepare portfolio and client activity reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in Corporate Banking / MSME Corporate lending experience, NBFC or fintech lender
• Strong credit appraisal skills and experience presenting proposals to credit committees
• Thorough knowledge of the disbursement process (legal, valuation, documentation)
• Good knowledge of leading mid-corporate clients in your local market
• Graduate / MBA / CA preferred in Finance.
