Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited in Gujarat invites applications for a Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-RL Branch head. You will drive deposits, set service standards, and lead branch operations.

You will oversee cross-selling of MF and Insurance, manage productivity, sales targets and branch P&L while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer delight.

Required: MBA/CA/CAIB with about 6 years banking experience, 3–4 years in retail liabilities, proven sales exposure and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Overall 6yrs of Banking experience with 3–4yrs in Retail Liabilities.
• MBA/CA/CAIB qualifications are preferred.
• Strong leadership and sales capabilities are required.

Job Role:

Job Requirements:

• Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities
• Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products
• Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB
• Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)
• Thinker: Doer – 40:60
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes
• Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer “DELIGHT”
• Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives
