Job summary

Credicus Business Services in Pune is seeking a BPO Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to onboard new hires and enhance process knowledge.

You will deliver classroom and on-floor training, develop materials, track performance, and coordinate with Ops/HR/QA. This on-site role is located in Ambegaon BK, Pune, with a salary up to 30,000 INR per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer (BPO preferred).
• Salary up to 30,000 as per interview outcome.
