Job summary

Bankbazaar in Chennai is hiring for a BPO sales / call center role. You will handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate product information, and strive to meet daily/weekly targets.

This role requires 0–1 year of experience, excellent communication, and basic MS Office skills; CRM familiarity is a plus. You will work in a fast-paced environment with escalation to seniors as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO sales or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office) is required; proficiency in CRM software an added advantage.
