Job summary

Powercon Ventures India is seeking an experienced HV Operations & Maintenance professional to coordinate EBoP maintenance activities and high voltage operations across project sites in Pan India. The role requires ensuring safety and regulatory compliance with strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.

The ideal candidate has ITI or Diploma Electrical, A-Grade Electrician Certification, and 3+ years in HV O&M, with the ability to plan weekly maintenance and lead readiness for new sites.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• A-Grade Electrician Certification is Essential.
• HV O&M experience of 3+ years.
• Diploma qualification desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine and outage maintenance of EBoP equipment.
• Act as HV Responsible Officer (HVRO).
• Develop weekly maintenance plans with Maintenance Planner.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Lead maintenance readiness for new/acquired sites.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory.
• Execute HV switching operations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
