Job summary

Prespl in Ankleshwar, Gujarat seeks a BE (Mechanical) to lead plant operations, maintenance and upkeep, ensuring targets are met. Responsibilities include optimizing production, asset capacity and flexibility, minimizing costs while maintaining quality, implementing EHS protocols and liaising with client and boiler supplier.

You will supervise daily activities, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor KPIs and drive safety culture.

Qualifications

• BE (Mechanical) degree required.
• BOE (Bench of Engineers) qualification mentioned in the posting.

Job description

A. Basic Function

1. Planning, organizing, directing and running day-to-day activities connected with operations, maintenance and upkeep of the Plant and ensure achievement of laid down targets.
2. Optimizing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
3. Administrative responsibilities of the Plant.
4. Maintain close liaison with the client and Boiler supplier.
5. Ensure strict implementation of EHS Protocols.

3. Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and datasecurity, people management, HR and other delivery.
