Job summary

Arpanna Motors in Andheri seeks a customer-oriented Bodyshop Advisor to manage accident repair and bodyshop service needs. You will inspect vehicles, document damage, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians and insurers, and ensure timely delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering is required. Good communication, insurance liaison, and MS Excel/DMS skills, plus the ability to manage multiple repairs to meet delivery

• Basic technical knowledge of automobile body repairs, denting, painting, and accident repairs.
• Knowledge of motor insurance claims, surveyor coordination, and repair estimation.

• Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Attend customers visiting the bodyshop for accident repairs, denting, painting, and other body repair requirements.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and document the extent of damage with photographs and detailed observations.
• Prepare job cards, repair estimates, and cost quotations for customers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for claim processing and repair approvals.
• Follow up on insurance approvals, spare parts availability, and repair progress.
• Coordinate with denting, painting, mechanical, and workshop teams to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
• Obtain customer approval for additional repairs, wherever required.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and vehicle delivery procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve repair-related concerns professionally.
• Conduct final vehicle inspections and ensure repair quality before delivery.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain bodyshop records and achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, and productivity targets.
