Concordtech is seeking a professional in Pune District for BMS design and execution. This role involves commissioning on-site projects while managing overall execution targets effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a BE in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in Building Management Systems, HVAC knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Compensation will be based on skills, education, and experience, with added benefits like PF, insurance, and yearly bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• BMS design and execution for client projects.
• Commissioning of projects on site.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems

Knowledge of third-party interfaces (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)

Basic knowledge of VFDs

Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems

Experience in PLC systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Roles and Responsibilities

• BMS design and execution & commissioning of the projects on site with overall execution targets across various sites project client sites.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications Required

• Education: BE Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronic
• Relevant Experience: 2-4 years

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems including Centralized HVAC systems with Chillers, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, VFDs, Boilers, etc.
• Good knowledge of third-party interfaces like BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC, Ethernet etc.
• Basic knowledge on operation of VFDs and executed the experience on executing BMS projects independently.
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm System, Security and ACCESS control system will be an added advantage
• Experience in the PLC systems
• Basic knowledge of HVAC system and Electrical works Mandatory
• Proficient in working on Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

Experience

• Exposure to turnkey projects and proposal for Industrial and BMS solutions
• BMS, design, commissioning or engineering.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Should possess good communication skills (English - Verbal and Written)
• Should be a team player (worked in team of size min 5)
• Should appreciate importance of Standards and processes and compliance to same
• Should be ready to travel on short notice
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
