Job summary

GITS Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a BMC Helix AIOps Consultant to lead discovery, CMDB, and BHOM implementations in enterprise on‑prem environments. The role demands hands-on expertise with BMC Helix and Operations Management, plus a solid grasp of AIOps and service topology.

You will build discovery blueprints, manage CMDB relationships, configure BHOM agents, and integrate monitoring tools to drive automation and service-aware event management across complex setups.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with BMC Helix/Ops Management in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in BMC Discovery, CMDB, or BHOM.
• Strong knowledge of AIOps, event management, and automation.

Job Title: BMC Helix AIOps Consultant – Discovery / CMDB / BHOM

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure BMC Discovery, CMDB and/or BHOM solutions.
• Build Discovery blueprints, business service models, dependency mappings, and custom patterns.
• Manage CMDB CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, data quality, duplicate management, and asset inventory.
• Configure BHOM/PATROL Agents, monitoring policies, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
• Implement event ingestion, correlation, noise reduction, anomaly detection, and AIOps capabilities.
• Integrate third-party monitoring/security tools such as Splunk, Tenable, PRTG, and other enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Support centralized monitoring, intelligent automation, and service-aware event management.
• Troubleshoot complex BMC platform and integration issues.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with BMC Helix / BMC Operations Management.
• Expertise in at least one area: BMC Discovery (ADDM), BMC CMDB, or BHOM.
• Experience working with large enterprise/on‑premise BMC environments.
• Strong understanding of AIOps, event management, service topology, monitoring, and automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes/on‑premise environments is preferred.
