Job summary

Altera is seeking a high-performing Technical Lead for Blue Yonder ESP and Demand Planning to drive the development, optimization, and lifecycle of our enterprise supply chain planning solutions, bridging business vision and technical execution with global stakeholders.

You will translate complex requirements into detailed agile user stories, manage the backlog, and lead cross-functional teams while applying SQL, Python, and Batch scripting to optimize data flows and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 7+ years as Technical Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
• Hands-on mastery of Blue Yonder ESP, Demand, and D360.
• Strong programming in SQL, Python, and Batch scripting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.

We are seeking a high-performing Technical Lead for Blue Yonder ESP and Demand Planning to drive the development, optimization, and lifecycle of our enterprise supply chain planning solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. You will partner with global stakeholders, translate complex requirements into detailed agile user stories, and manage the product backlog to maximize business value.

Core Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership: Lead the functional design, technical implementation, and end-to-end integration of Blue Yonder ESP, Demand, and D360 (SCPO) applications.
• Requirement Translation: Collaborate closely with business teams to audit current procedures, gather complex requirements, and translate them into functional IT design specifications.
• Technical Execution: Provide hands‑on development and scripting support using SQL, Python, and Batch programming to optimize system data flows and automation.
• Agile Product Ownership: Partner with stakeholders to write, refine, and prioritize highly detailed user stories and product backlogs.
• Operations & Support: Deliver advanced application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Documentation & Training: Author and maintain architectural process flows, system specifications, and user guides while leading training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field of study.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience operating as a Technical Lead or Senior Business Analyst.
• Product Expertise: Hands‑on technical mastery of the Blue Yonder SCPO suite, specifically ESP, Demand, and D360.
• Technical Skills: Strong programming capabilities in SQL, Python, and Batch scripting.
• Collaboration: Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and verbal/written communication skills.

• Industry: Semiconductor/Hitech
• Scale: Background managing large-scale, global enterprise systems implementations.
• Methodology: Practical experience working within structured Agile, Scrum, or DevOps frameworks.
