ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Support Executive, you will interact with customers through Voice, Chat or Blended channels, understand their concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries related to products and services
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
• Assist customers with navigation and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain professional verbal/written communication
• Record customer interactions and update details in CRM
• Maintain required Quality, CSAT, SLA & Productivity standards

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY

• Graduate/UG Freshers can apply
• B.Tech / MBA / MCA Freshers are NOT eligible
• B.Tech / MBA / MCA candidates must have minimum 6 months International Voice experience
