Job summary

Satven is seeking an experienced Fixture Design engineer to support concept fixture development for AP programs. The role requires hands-on BIW fixture design, familiarity with BIW processes and welding, and proficiency in NX/Catia along with Teamcenter and Vismockup for kinematic validation.

Ideal candidates should understand locator strategies and pneumatic/clamp specifications, and be able to work with short notice availability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BIW fixture design and related processes.
• Familiarity with NX/Catia for fixture layout and kinematics.
• Knowledge of locator strategies and pneumatic/clamp specs.

Role & responsibilities

The Concept Fixture Design WILL INCLUDE engineering support required to Design Concept Fixture Design with detail BOP for AP Programs.

• Excellent hands on experience in BIW Fixture designing. Good Knowledge on BIW Process, welding process.
• Experience in working NX and Catia, Teamcenter, Vismockup & kinematics
• Good Knowledge on understanding Locator strategy.
• Good Knowledge on NAMS standards and Pneumatic and clamp specifications.
