Scope of Work

I have a Bitrix24 cloud instance that now needs to be molded around our sales and service processes. My priority is custom development and integrations rather than basic setup, so I’m looking for someone who can dive straight into tailoring the platform end-to-end.

Here’s what I need:

• CRM customization: Design and add new custom fields and forms that match our lead, deal and support pipelines.
• Build insightful, role-based reports and dashboards for management and front-line teams.
• Create smart automation rules to cut manual work and enforce our SLA steps.
• API integrations: Connect Bitrix24 with two in-house applications (both expose RESTful JSON APIs) for bi‑directional data sync.
• Implement secure webhooks so new leads, status changes and task updates flow automatically between systems.
• Custom workflow automation: Map our existing sales‑to‑fulfilment process, then reproduce it inside Bitrix24 using Business Processes / Robotic Process Automation.
• Include conditional branching, deadline monitoring and notification logic.

Acceptance Criteria

1. All new fields, forms and dashboards are visible only to the intended user roles.
2. Data sync between Bitrix24 and external apps completes within 30 seconds and logs any errors.
3. Automation rules trigger 100 % reliably during user testing, with no duplicate events.
4. Full technical hand‑over: documented source code, API endpoints, and step‑by‑step workflow diagrams.

Qualifications

Please bring proven Bitrix24 SDK, REST API and Business Process wizard experience. If you have sample portals or code snippets that show similar work, that will help us move quickly.
