Job summary

Educadd is seeking a passionate BIM Software Trainer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. You will deliver classroom and online training, mentor students, and help them build industry-ready skills in BIM across architecture, structure, MEP, and coordination workflows.

You will train on Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and AutoCAD, develop lesson plans, conduct live projects, support placement activities, and keep content updated with the latest Autodesk technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
• Mentoring and developing BIM professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training on BIM software.
• Train students on Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure & MEP), Navisworks, ACC, and other BIM apps.
• Explain BIM concepts, workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct live project-based training and real-world case studies.
• Guide students in developing BIM portfolios and capstone projects.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Keep content updated with latest Autodesk technologies.
• Support placement activities through technical interviews and resume prep.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, webinars, and events.

As a BIM Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, developing industry-ready skills among students, and helping them build successful careers in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training on BIM software.
• Train students on Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure & MEP), Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM Collaborate), and other BIM-related applications.
• Explain BIM concepts, workflows, standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct live project-based training and real-world case studies.
• Guide students in developing BIM portfolios and capstone projects.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends and Autodesk technologies.
• Support placement activities through technical interviews, resume preparation, and career guidance.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, webinars, and technical events organized by Educadd.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Autodesk certifications are an added advantage.
