Key Responsibilities

• Designing and Delivering Training: Creating and conducting engaging courses, workshops, and tutorials on BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and workflows.
• Support the creation of training materials, including presentations, practice exercises, tests, and study guides
• Help trainees understand basic electrical concepts and how they are applied in BIM models
• Provide guidance and basic troubleshooting support during hands‑on training sessions
• Review existing training content and assist in updating materials as per latest software versions
• Stay updated with new BIM tools, electrical design practices, and industry trends
• Coordinate with senior trainers, project teams, and design engineers to understand real project requirements
• Collect trainee feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness
• Maintain training documentation and ensure proper learning records
