The ideal candidate will have a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of experience in BIM projects, particularly with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Subject Matter Expert (BIM - Revit & Navisworks)

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to deliver hands‑on, offline training sessions at our Manapakkam centre. The ideal candidate will bring strong practical expertise in Revit and Navisworks, along with deep knowledge of BIM concepts and real‑world project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, structured offline training sessions on BIM, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Develop and update course content, training materials, and practical exercises.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to learners.
• Evaluate learner performance and ensure skill readiness for industry application.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, workflows, and tools in BIM and related technologies.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands‑on experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage/Simulate.
• In‑depth understanding of BIM processes, coordination, and clash detection.
• Proven ability to work on or train using real‑time BIM project workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

• Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
