Job summary

Assystem Pune is seeking a skilled BIM Architectural Draftsman to support architectural and BIM projects through accurate drawings and 3D BIM models. You will work closely with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams to ensure deliverables meet project standards and requirements.

The candidate will develop BIM models in Autodesk Revit, coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines, and prepare drawings for DD, Tender, IFC, and Construction stages.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural drafting and BIM modelling.
• Experience with large-scale building projects preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and model coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models and architectural drawings.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and construction drawings.
• Create and modify architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Incorporate design changes and revisions into BIM models and drawings.
• Prepare drawings for Design Development, Tender, IFC, and Construction stages.
• Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with BEP standards.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Identify and report discrepancies, clashes and coordination issues.
• Assist BIM Coordinators and Architects in model development and project documentation.
• Maintain file structures, drawing registers, revisions and documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement comments.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings per project schedules.
