Job summary

Actalent Services in Bengaluru is seeking a BIM Designer to implement and manage BIM procedures and workflows for telecom and ELV design. The role involves creating parametric Revit families for telecom and ELV components and performing clash detection.

You will convert laser scan data to BIM models, perform quality checks, and collaborate with project teams to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM procedures and workflows.
• Ability to perform clash detection and model verification.
• Experience converting laser scan/point cloud data to BIM models.

• Telecom & ELV Design and model systems including Structured cabling, CCTV, Access control, PA and Fire Alarm systems.
• Create and manage parametric Revit families for telecom and ELV components.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Convert laser scan/point cloud data into detailed BIM models (LOD 200500).
• Perform quality checks on model geometry and data integrity.
