Bim Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler Structure to join our on-site team. You will create accurate structural 3D models, foundations, framing layouts, and detailing drawings using Revit.

You will coordinate with engineers and modelers to resolve clashes, produce shop drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, and ensure compliance with project standards. Immediate joiners preferred; local candidates in Chennai are highly preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• On-site Chennai role with local candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred / notice period <15 days.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed 3D structural models (concrete, steel, timber) with foundations and framing layouts.
• Run clash checks using Navisworks and resolve spatial conflicts.
• Extract 2D shop drawings and reinforcement details in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create steel detailing and connection drawings in line with design requirements.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with BIM standards and codes.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler Structure to join at our Chennai office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate structural 3D models, foundations, framing layouts, and detailed reinforcement drawings.

As a core member of our structural team, you will utilize industry-standard software to resolve design clashes, ensure structural model integrity, and deliver high-quality BIM deliverables within project timelines.

Role & responsibilities

• BIM Modeling: Develop detailed structural 3D models (concrete, steel, and timber structures) including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and trusses using Autodesk Revit.
• Clash Coordination: Run structural clash detection checks using Navisworks, identify spatial conflicts with architectural and MEP services, and resolve them efficiently.
• Documentation & Detailing: Extract precise 2D structural shop drawings, framing plans, section details, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Structural Steel Detailing: Assist in creating connection details, steel fabrication drawings, and structural layouts in alignment with design requirements.
• Standard Compliance: Ensure all models and drawings adhere to company BIM standards, project protocols, and local/international structural codes.
• Project Collaboration: Coordinate closely with structural engineers, architectural modelers, and MEP teams to incorporate design changes and updates into the master model.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of structural construction drawings, reinforcement detailing, concrete/steel structures, and spatial requirements.
• Location Constraint: This is a strictly on-site role in Chennai; work-from-home or hybrid options are not available.
• Candidate Preference: Local candidates residing in Chennai are highly preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joiners (or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days) will be given top priority.
