Roles & Responsibilities

1. Generate complete mechanical or plumbing drawings/plans in Revit with minimal engineer supervision for use in projects.
2. Utility Generation & Distribution P&IDs, Piping Layout drawings, and Isometric drawings.
3. Generate complete Combined Services Drawing.
4. Ensure all drawings and records are updated, controlled and in place throughout the duration of the project.
5. Work with clients during the pre‑construction phase to build 3D models, 2D shop drawings, as‑built and submittal drawings.
6. Calculate or design pipe sizing/routing.
7. Coordinate and work closely with other engineers and draftspersons.
8. Provide regular status updates to superiors/principal.
9. Continuously undertake to improve and update technical skills through self‑study and/or formal coursework.
10. Assist in general day‑to‑day operational activities and perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications

1. Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 1‑2 years of related working experience as a BIM (Revit) user.
3. Fresh graduates with exceptional Revit skills are welcome to apply.
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software.
6. Knowledge of identifying and solving clashes.
7. Ability to carry out drafting work; design experience is an advantage.

9. Willingness to work beyond regular hours when necessary to meet deadlines or upon request.
