Job summary

Techture in India is seeking a BIM Engineer II – Mechanical & Plumbing to deliver high-quality BIM models and documentation for international projects on-site at Nagpur, Indore or Noida. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, follow BIM standards, and develop MEP models in Revit and related tools.

The role requires 2–5 years of BIM modelling experience, a BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering, and proficiency in Revit MEP, Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD and ACC/BIM360.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD and ACC/BIM360.
• Experience on US/UK/Middle East projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models independently per standards.
• Maintain Revit MEP and Fabrication models with fabrication databases.
• Prepare shop drawings, docs, and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate fabrication spools for fabrication-ready deliverables.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks/Revizto and resolve issues.
• Review models for QA/QC and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and implement client comments.
• Maintain project documentation and ACC/BIM360 workflows.

About The Role

Deliver high-quality BIM models and construction documentation for international projects while following BIM standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models independently in accordance with project BIM standards and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain Revit MEP and Revit Fabrication models while utilizing fabrication databases as per company and project standards.
• Prepare Mechanical & Plumbing shop drawings, construction documentation, and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare and coordinate fabrication spools and spool drawings for fabrication‑ready deliverables.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks and Revizto.
• Review models for QA/QC and compliance with project standards before submission.
• Review models for constructability and compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, UPC, NFPA, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and implement client comments.
• Maintain project documentation and ACC/BIM360 workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of BIM Modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM360.
• Good understanding of BEP, LOD, QA/QC, CDE workflows, and construction documentation.
• Experience working on US, UK, or Middle East projects is preferred.

• HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Domestic Water, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Plant Rooms.
• Pipe Supports, Sleeves, Builder’s Work, Spooling, Underground Utilities.
