Job summary

Redinfa Innovations is urgently hiring BIM Modellers (Electrical and Mechanical) for Infopark Koratty on-site. We require 3–5 years of BIM experience, strong Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD skills, and solid MEP knowledge to coordinate complete systems.

Fluency in English is essential for direct client communication with Europe, America, and the Middle East. The role includes modelling, multi-discipline coordination, LOD 400/500 deliverables, shop drawings, clash resolution, and independent client

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Quality control and model verification; participate in client meetings.

Urgent Hiring: BIM Modeller (Electrical & Mechanical) Infopark Koratty | 3 to 5 Years Experience

We are expanding our BIM team and urgently hiring:

2 Electrical BIM Modellers

1 Mechanical BIM Modeller

Highest priority will be given to candidates with strong Full MEP BIM knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) who can coordinate and handle complete MEP systems independently.

Candidates must be fluent in English and capable of independently communicating with clients in Europe, America, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM modelling using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Electrical and Mechanical system modelling
• Multi-discipline BIM coordination
• Preparation of LOD 400 & LOD 500 models
• Shop Drawings (SHD) and detailed project documentation
• Clash detection, coordination, and resolution
• Quality control and model verification
• Independent handling of client meetings, technical discussions, and project updates
• MEP coordination and interaction management

High-Priority Advantage

Candidates with strong experience in complete MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) will be given preference.

We are especially looking for professionals who can:

• Understand and coordinate all MEP services
• Resolve complex MEP clashes independently
• Support multidisciplinary BIM workflows
• Handle MEP-wide modelling and coordination requirements
• Communicate directly with international clients

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD
