Job Description

Responsibilities:

• As BIM Manager you will be responsible to continually evaluate opportunities,challenges & technology trends in the BIM industry and work closely with nCircle SeniorLeadership to strategize and create Business Plans to cater to our customers worldwide.
  
• Capitalize on your domain expertise in the BIM industry to build excellent rapport withthe International clients and work with the sales team to grow these accounts.
  
• Taking complete ownership of managing multiple projects by getting involved in multiplefacets of project management including requirement analysis, client communication,resource management, internal coordination with technical team etc.. to ensure timelyand quality delivery to client(s).
  
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities that may negatively impact project delivery(Timelines, Quality, Cost). Work seamlessly with technical teams to resolve any suchconflicts before they turn out to be project risks / client escalations.
  
• Responsible for profitability of projects and should be able to accept revenue targets.
  
• Responsible for implementation of new processes using automation tools to save timeand maximize productivity
  
• Build and foster a high-performance & process driven culture, mentor team membersand provide your team with the guidance and motivation to make things happen. Fostercollaborative culture across the organization.
  
• Drive customer satisfaction by effectively tracking project milestones, deliverables, andchange requests. Serve as a liaison to timely communicate information regarding anychanges w.r.t project milestones, resources allocations, project completion etc.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors along with internal teams to deliver projectswithin timelines.
  
• Adhere to organization's PMO initiatives aimed at continuously improving processes &practices. Ensure that processes and practices are not only well communicated &documented but also institutionalized appropriately through frequent communication,training interventions and reviews.
  
• Collaborate with HR team for talent acquisition, performance management, learning &development efforts to ensure that team is motivated, rewarded and provided withcareer advancement opportunities
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 10 to 12 years of experience working in construction industry preferably into BIM
  
• Should have good experience into Project Management and Team Management
  
• Should be responsible for QA-QC procedures are properly implemented and maintainedby project members
  
• Responsible for design deliverables and ensure that they are as per the standards
  
• Should have experience into managing vendors and their deliverables tracking system
  
• Should have strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience indriving resources and project timetables Should be able to manage multiple project at same time with different geographics
  
• Should have experience working on Revit, AutoCAD and BIM 360
  
• Responsible for preparing different reports of the project and share with concernstakeholders
  
• Experience working with Scan to BIM Projects will be an added advantage.
