Job summary

nCircle Tech Private Limited invites a BIM Modeller to join our team in Pune. You will work on BIM projects, handle point cloud to as-built modelling using Revit (2D & 3D), and contribute to scan-to-BIM initiatives for Architecture.

You should be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of construction terminology. Join a growing, international client-facing environment with flexible timings, training, and opportunities to lead a young team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Experience with point cloud to as-built modelling using Revit (2D & 3D).
• Experience in scan-to-BIM projects.
• Knowledge of construction terminology.
• Ability to handle production activity independently.
• Sound knowledge of Revit & AutoCAD; strong Revit family creation for Architecture.
• Ability to handle point cloud data independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform BIM modelling and production tasks independently.
• Process point cloud data for as-built models.
• Collaborate on scan-to-BIM projects with team.
• Prepare architectural models in Revit and AutoCAD.

Job Description

• Should have good knowledge of construction terminology

• Candidate should have very good skill in revit family creation for Architecture
• Should be able to handle point cloud data individually.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
