Job summary

PTD Cleantech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (PTD-CS) is seeking an experienced BIM Lead Engineer to drive modeling and coordination across high-tech facilities. The role emphasizes BIM protocols, project model delivery, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

You will lead Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks tasks, coordinate with PMs, engineers, and architects, and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Strong English communication and independent work are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing BIM workflows and coordination across large multi-discipline projects.
• Proven ability to lead BIM coordination meetings and deliver constructible models.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM software suites.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM protocols and systems on new projects.
• Coordinate project model deliveries and review models for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings to discuss updates and issues.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions for BIM software users.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and architects to facilitate workflow integration.
• Maintain the Project Information Model and oversee data management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure daily review of progress and quality.
• Manage work through multi-discipline RevIt engineers.
• Technical competence in MEP utilities.
• Assist project teams in BIM project setup and BIM-360 usage.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM software (2017+).
• Prepare general arrangements in Concept/Details stages and As-Built.
• Independently perform 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit coordination for rooms, corridors, etc.
• Size pipes and ducts based on flow rates; perform clash detection and resolution.

• Experience in working on modelling, coordination and managing International Projects.
• Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Expert user of AutoCAD, Revit & Navisworks.
• Assist project teams in BIM project setup.
• Experience of BIM-360 must
• Strong knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Excellent working knowledge of BIM software (version 2017 and above).
• Experience in preparing general arrangement in all stages of drawings such as Concept, Schematic, Detail design, GFC & As Built.
• Ability to independently carry out accurate 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit Coordination work for Rooms / Corridor / Riser / Plant area etc.
• Ability to prepare PID and Utility routes based on basic input availability.
• Ability to learn and work using various services standard and building codes.
• Ability to work with team and deliver detailed MEP Coordination model / drawing within allotted time frame & quality that is desired.
• Should have sound knowledge of various aspects of building services including HVAC, Electrical & Mechanical Pipework for Heating / Cooling, Domestic Water Supplies, Gases, Sprinkler and Drainage systems.
• Ability to size pipes & ducts based on flow rates would be preferred.
• Clash detection and clash resolution Revit & Navisworks.
• Create Parametric Revit Families.
• Ability to get quickly trained on new software and client standards.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English must.
• Display positive attitude like flexibility, collaborative nature and empathy.
• Experienced user of MS Office.
• Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
