TBES Global Pvt. Ltd. invites a seasoned BIM Manager to lead international BIM projects from planning to delivery. You will oversee architecture, structure, and MEP workflows, manage production teams, and ensure quality deliverables for global clients.

The role requires strong Revit/Navisworks expertise, BIM standards knowledge, and leadership abilities. On-site in Durgapur, with opportunities to drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of BIM industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing BIM projects and leading production teams.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection, QA/QC.
• Experience with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project workflows.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Relevant engineering or architectural degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple BIM projects from planning to final delivery.

Position: BIM Manager

About the Role

TBES Global is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM project execution, manage production teams, oversee technical coordination, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality BIM deliverables for international clients. The candidate must have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM project management, quality assurance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Project Management: Lead multiple BIM projects from planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project scopes, timelines, budgets, LOD requirements, and client specifications.

2. Technical Leadership: Oversee Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM workflows as required, ensuring model accuracy, constructability, coordination, and compliance with project standards.

3. Team Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor BIM Coordinators and Modelers; allocate resources, assign responsibilities, monitor productivity, and ensure accountability for deliverables.

4. BIM Coordination: Manage multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution using Revit, Navisworks Manage, and other relevant BIM tools.

5. Quality Assurance & Control: Establish and enforce BIM QA/QC procedures, review models and drawings, minimize rework, and ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and company quality standards.

6. Client & Internal Coordination: Participate in technical client meetings, clarify project requirements, and coordinate with Business Development, Document Control, and Production teams for smooth project execution.

7. BIM Standards & Workflows: Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, modeling guidelines, templates, naming conventions, and standardized workflows in line with project requirements and applicable BIM standards.

8. Resource & Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, delivery milestones, team performance, resource utilization, and quality KPIs; prepare status reports and take corrective action when required.

9. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce errors, and implement BIM automation and workflow optimization using tools such as Dynamo where appropriate.

10. Technical Decision-Making: Resolve complex modeling and coordination challenges, identify project risks, guide teams on technical escalations, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 years of professional BIM industry experience is mandatory.

- Proven experience managing BIM projects and leading production teams.

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.

- Excellent understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection, and QA/QC.

- Experience with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project execution workflows.

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.

- Experience with international BIM projects and ISO 19650 principles is an advantage.
