Job summary

Td Engg in Chennai, India, is looking for a professional to develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans for commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), protocols, and workflows tailored for commercial, residential, and aviation projects.
• Oversee and manage the production of coordinated 3D models across architecture, structure, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Ensure BIM models comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 19650, local BIM mandates).
• Evaluate and select appropriate BIM tools and technologies for project delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to align BIM strategies and project goals.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model collaboration, clash detection, and resolution.
• Oversee data exchange and ensure interoperability across platforms (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Ensure model integrity throughout design, tender, construction, and handover phases.
