Job summary

Desapex LLP in Bengaluru is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop accurate 3D BIM models from design drawings using Autodesk Revit. You will prepare BIM drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and schedules, and coordinate models with Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.

You will identify clashes, use Navisworks for reviews where required, ensure compliance with BIM standards and project guidelines, incorporate changes, and support the BIM Coordinator/Project Team to deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models based on design drawings and project requirements.
• Create and update models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare BIM drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Coordinate models with Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues with the project team.
• Use Navisworks for model review and coordination when required.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project guidelines, and LOD requirements.
• Incorporate design changes and comments received from BIM Coordinators/Engineers.
• Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Support the BIM Coordinator/Project Team in timely project deliverables.
