Job summary

Techture invites applications for an entry‑level BIM Engineer I (Mechanical & Plumbing) to support the development of BIM models for international projects. You will learn BIM standards, project workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination under senior guidance.

You will work on Revit MEP and Fabrication models, shop drawings, and quantity take‑offs, while assisting in clash detection and coordination comments. The role emphasizes learning and adherence to BIM protocols.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of BIM Modeling experience (Freshers with relevant internships or training may also apply).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Revit Fabrication, Navisworks (basic), and AutoCAD.
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Willingness to learn international BIM standards and project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models under the guidance of senior team members.
