Lektus Infrastructure in Pune district seeks a BIM Modeller to handle 3D modelling of Civil/Structural/MEP elements using Revit, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and producing detailed drawings.

The role requires 1–5 years of experience, knowledge of ISO19650/PAS1192 standards, and strong communication in English. Collaboration with multiple teams and cloud-based data management are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of 3D modelling experience using Revit.
• Familiarity with ISO19650 or PAS1192 BIM standards.
• Knowledge of quality management and process improvement.
• Experience on international projects is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written English.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform BIM Modelling of Civil/Structural/MEP Elements
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of produced models adheres to the BIM standards
• Production of Dynamic Drawings and Detailing using the revit models produced
• Collaborate & Co-ordinate with other disciplines Engineers and Modellers
• Read, Understand & Discuss drawings, sketches provided by the Engineers to produce the models
• Prepare, Upload and Manage the Project Data on Cloud Platforms
• Prepare Revit Families as per the state requirements and conditions
• To prepare and maintain Dynamo Scripts
• To actively learn and acquire knowledge in the designated engineering work and domain
• Ensure Compliance with Lektus Quality Management Processes
• Deliver projects on Time, Quality and to Budget.

Preferred candidate profile

• A Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 01-05 years of professional experience in 3D Modelling of Civil/Structural/MEP elements using Revit
• Understanding the relevant Digital/BIM standards (ISO19650 or previously PAS1192) is desired.
• Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices.
• Experience in working on International Projects will be an advantage
• Should be a good Team Player with Strong Inter-Personal Skills
• Collaborative Skills with Clients, Stakeholders, Project Management and Design Teams.
• Good Spoken English and written English is essential.
