Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior BIM Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in Revit-based BIM modeling for MEPF services. The role focuses on coordination across disciplines, clash detection, and the production of shop drawings for multiple projects, including data centers.

Strong collaboration and timely delivery are essential. The candidate will manage BIM models, coordinate with architecture, structure, and MEPF teams, and update as-built models with site inputs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit for multiple projects.

Qualification : BE/B. Tech/Diploma in CIVIL / MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Job Summary :-

We are seeking a Senior BIM Engineer with 4-6 years of experience and strong expertise in MEPF services. The candidate will be responsible for Revit-based modeling and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, clash-free deliverables, along with preparation and submission of shop drawings. Experience in data center projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit.
• Perform coordination across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes using coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).
• Prepare shop drawing sheets from BIM models as per project standards.
• Manage drawing extraction, detailing, and timely submission of drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with client requirements.
• Support project teams in coordination meetings and technical discussions.
• Assist in updating as-built models as per site inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Strong proficiency in Revit (MEPF modeling and coordination).
• Good understanding of MEPF systems and services.
• Experience in shop drawing preparation and submission workflows.
• Familiarity with clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience in data center projects is an added advantage.
