Job summary

Latinem is seeking a Design Technology Lead to drive BIM, digital delivery, and automation across multidisciplinary project teams. You will implement standards, pilot new tools, and provide training to raise digital capability across the organisation.

Key areas include BIM workflows, data management, and dashboards that measure technology adoption and business value. You will collaborate with IT, vendors, and project teams to optimise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BIM, Design Technology, Digital Engineering, or a related discipline within the AEC industry.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, ACC/BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, and related design technology platforms.
• Experience in workflow automation, data management, interoperability, and digital project delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of design technology solutions across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies, AI tools, BIM workflows, and digital delivery platforms.
• Develop and maintain BIM, CAD, computational design, and digital delivery standards, templates, and best practices.
• Support automation initiatives using tools such as Dynamo, Revit API, Python, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for project teams on design technology applications and workflows.
• Deliver training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve digital capability across the organisation.
• Collaborate with IT, consultants, software vendors, and internal stakeholders to deploy and optimise technology solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to measure technology adoption and business value.
• Contribute to digital transformation, innovation, and R&D initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new software, plugins, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
