Job summary

Latinem Private Limited in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Design Technology Specialist to drive adoption and deployment of design technologies across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Interiors, Landscape, and Façade disciplines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM, Design Technology, Digital Engineering, or a related discipline within the AEC industry.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, ACC/BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, and related design technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of design technology solutions across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies, AI tools, BIM workflows, and digital delivery platforms.
• Develop and maintain BIM, CAD, computational design, and digital delivery standards, templates, and best practices.
• Support automation initiatives using tools such as Dynamo, Revit API, Python, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for project teams on design technology applications and workflows.
• Deliver training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve digital capability across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT, consultants, software vendors, and internal stakeholders to deploy and optimize technology solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to measure technology adoption and business value.
• Contribute to digital transformation, innovation, and R&D initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new software, plugins, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
