Job summary

Depa Group seeks an experienced BIM Developer to join our Engineering team in Dubai, UAE, driving BIM innovation and digital transformation across projects.

You will develop Revit plugins with C#, Dynamo scripts, and BIM data management tools, build detailed interior fit-out models, and mentor junior BIM modelers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience.
• Preferably within the Interior Fit-Out industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• Relevant Diploma holders with strong experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Revit plug-ins and addins using C#, Revit API, and Visual Studio.
• Create and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutions.
• Develop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Build and manage highly detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate repetitive processes and improve project delivery.
• Produce construction documentation, schedules, quantity take-offs, and shop drawings.
• Support quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverables.
• Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM Modelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom Revit plug-ins and addins using C#, Revit API, and Visual Studio
• Create and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutions
• Develop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Build and manage highly detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects
• Collaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate repetitive processes and improve project delivery
• Produce construction documentation, schedules, quantity take-offs, and shop drawings
• Support quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverables
• Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM Modelers

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Dynamo
• Experience with C#,.NET Framework, and Revit API
• Knowledge of Visual Studio
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, shared parameters, and naming conventions
• Familiarity with Python, JSON/XML, and BIM data management tools is a plus
