IT Education Centre is seeking a dynamic BIM Counsellor in Maharashtra to guide students and professionals toward BIM careers, achieve enrollment targets, and drive revenue through effective sales and counselling.

You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, explain course benefits, and coordinate with trainers for smooth batch onboarding, while maintaining meticulous lead and admission records.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in BIM course sales or counselling is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BIM tools and career paths (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to meet admission and revenue targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Excel.

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BIM Counsellor with prior experience in BIM course sales and student counselling. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students and professionals toward successful careers in the BIM domain while achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding BIM courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Explain course features, curriculum, certification benefits, and career prospects.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.
• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth batch onboarding.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients.

Required Skills

• Prior experience in BIM course sales or counselling is mandatory.
• Good understanding of BIM technologies such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and related career paths.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle admission counselling and sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and lead management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Education Sales, Training Institutes, or Skill Development Industry.
• Knowledge of the Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Industry will be an added advantage.
