Job summary

Seven Seas Digital Marketing Agency in Maharashtra, India seeks a dynamic BIM Counsellor to guide students and professionals into BIM courses, achieve admissions targets, and manage inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

You will coordinate with trainers, maintain lead records, and drive monthly enrollment and revenue goals while building relationships with prospective students and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in BIM course sales or counselling is mandatory.
• Good understanding of BIM technologies such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and related career paths.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle admission counselling and sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and lead management.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding BIM courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Explain course features, curriculum, certification benefits, and career prospects.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.
• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth batch onboarding.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and corporate clients.
