Job summary

BIMQP seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator to drive coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines in India. You will manage BIM standards, BEP, and model quality while ensuring seamless collaboration among project stakeholders on diverse projects.

Responsibilities include clash detection, model reviews, federation management using Navisworks and ACC, and mentoring BIM Modelers to deliver accurate, timely outputs aligned with client requirements and BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in AEC projects.
• 2–3 years as a BIM Coordinator on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with BEP, BIM standards, and model coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Manage BEP and BIM standards, review models, and perform clash detection.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements and project standards.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate BIM issues clearly.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely BIM outputs delivery.
• Manage federation and coordination using Navisworks and ACC.
• Review and validate deliverables before submission.
• Provide technical guidance to BIM Modelers and Engineers.
• Maintain BIM data, version control, and file organization.
• Ensure adherence to LOD requirements and CDE workflows.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our team. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating BIM activities across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring model quality, compliance with BIM standards, and effective collaboration among project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Manage and maintain project BIM execution plans (BEP) and BIM standards.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using BIM software.
• Ensure BIM models comply with client requirements, project standards, and company procedures.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate BIM-related issues with project teams.
• Monitor model development progress and ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs.
• Manage model federation and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Review and validate BIM deliverables before submission.
• Support project teams in resolving design and coordination conflicts.
• Prepare BIM reports, clash reports, and coordination documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Modelers and BIM Engineers.
• Manage BIM data, model version control, and file organization.
• Ensure adherence to BIM Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support implementation of BIM workflows and digital construction processes.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator.
• Experience in Architectural, Structural, or MEP BIM coordination projects.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D (preferred).
• Understanding of BIM standards such as ISO 19650.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination.
• Knowledge of LOD requirements and BIM execution planning.
• Ability to manage federated BIM models.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• BIM Management or BIM Coordination certification.
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) certification.
